Accounting/Finance Team

The Controller will be responsible for the development, implementation and operation of the Company’s accounting policies, procedures and internal controls. The Controller directs and coordinates budgeting activities, external financial reporting, including but not limited to, investors and financial institutions, and all management and accounting reporting which includes: job cost reports, tax preparation and cash flow management and forecasting.

This role requires a proven leader and manager of a team of accounting professionals who is focused on coaching and mentoring the team to achieve professional growth and to provide consistent and constructive evaluation to ensure the highest level of skill and engagement necessary to meet and exceed the company needs and objectives. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years professional accounting or Big 4 experience; previous experience with real estate development; 5 + years of experience successfully leading an accounting team; Bachelors in Accounting or related field; CPA; significant experience accounting for multiple entities and multiple owners and a thorough understanding of accounting policies and reporting requirements.
