Chad McWhinney has been a visionary leader in the real estate industry for over 20 years. As CEO & Co-Founder, he is responsible for establishing the company’s purpose of creating great places for people and its promise of providing fabled experiences to its customers. His leadership in developing "win-win" business strategies has positioned McWhinney as an “evergreen” company, one in which prospers in all phases of the real estate cycle.

Since 1991, Chad has been integral in creating a diversified real estate company that not only creates large-scale, multi-use projects but also develops, owns, and manages these properties. McWhinney has created several master-planned communities consisting of over 6,000 acres of land, and developed more than 3.6 million square feet of office, industrial, medical, retail and apartment properties throughout the Rocky Mountain region and West Coast.
