McWHINNEY TO BUILD 208,000-SQUARE-FOOT CSG SYSTEMS CORPORATE CAMPUS IN OMAHA, NEB.

August 1, 2011

LOVELAND, COLO. — AUGUST 1, 2011 — McWhinney has announced that CSG Systems International, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSGS), one of the world’s leading customer interaction management and billing solutions companies serving such international conglomerates as Comcast, DISH Network, Orange, and Vivo, has selected the company to develop a new 208,000-square-foot, two-building corporate campus at West Dodge Station in Omaha, Neb.

McWhinney, headquartered in Loveland, Colo., will develop and own the two buildings, which will be built at the northwest intersection of 180th Street and West Dodge Road in Omaha.

The Denver office of Opus Development Corporation, which worked with McWhinney to secure the two-building project, will oversee design and construction of the three-story office buildings and related site work. RNL Design will provide architecture services for the tenant improvements and UGL Equis will be the tenant coordinator.

Construction commenced in June and will be completed in August 2012. Once built, McWhinney will lease the entire space to CSG Systems.

The two buildings will house more than 1,100 CSG employees and will feature such sustainable design and building methods as day lighting, water-efficient fixtures, energy-efficient HVAC designs, automated energy controls for lights and water, and more.

“CSG Systems strives to create an excellent working environment for its employees, and we look forward to our new campus as a positive evolution of our long-term presence in Omaha,” said Damon Barry, vice president of business affairs at CSG Systems, a $750 million company headquartered in Englewood, Colo., that employs more than 3,500 employees worldwide. “McWhinney and Opus have a proven track record of performance and in developing office campuses. We look forward to working with them as they deliver the exceptional ability to manage an entire project from the initial design to finished work that they are known for.”

“Continuous innovation is a key initiative for CSG,” said Dean Barber, McWhinney vice president. “Whether it’s supporting the delivery of new services for its customers or building new facilities to continuously improve employee morale and productivity, CSG is truly at the forefront of innovation.”

He added, “While McWhinney continues to develop projects in Colorado, this is a strong example of how we’re also focused on locations outside the state, including California, Nebraska, and surrounding states. We have the resources, experience, and progressive approach to meet the needs of companies in a number of markets. Our client-centric approach to development allows us to provide remarkable experiences in any marketplace.”

“We are pleased to be working with McWhinney to deliver a new corporate campus for CSG Systems,” said Marshall Burton, senior vice president and general manager, Opus Development Corporation. “This project is an excellent fit for our integrated, collaborative approach to development. We’re confident we will deliver a space that meets CSG’s objectives. Our strengths combined with McWhinney will ensure a quality result for CSG Systems.”

The two CSG buildings, along with 1,100 parking spaces, will be built within the City of Omaha.

“Economic development for the City of Omaha is one of my five major initiatives,” said Mayor Jim Suttle. “CSG’s decision to consolidate its Nebraska offices within city limits is a result of the efforts of city staff working closely with CSG’s forward-thinking executives. I’m proud that yet another major corporation has decided to maintain a strong presence within the city proper.”
